Angel Brandão Beauty (KvK 42151244), based in Almere, is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this policy.

Which data

When you contact me via WhatsApp, Instagram or e-mail I process your name, phone number and the content of your message. For a treatment you fill in a health questionnaire and a consent form. I only take and use photos of the result with your written consent.

Purpose

To answer your question, schedule an appointment, carry out the treatment safely and comply with legal retention obligations (including tax administration).

Retention

Treatment records are kept for a maximum of 5 years after the last treatment; administrative records for 7 years according to the legal retention period. Messages are deleted as soon as they are no longer needed.

Sharing with third parties

I never sell your data. I only share it with parties needed for my services (such as my accountant) or when required by law.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded via Google Fonts.

Your rights

You can view, correct or delete your data. Send a message via WhatsApp. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
